I consciously, mindfully and ethically wild forage the botanicals in each product whenever possible from the Pacific Northwest, my family's 10 acres or my own garden. Only gathering when there is an abundance of healthy plant stands and I've been given permission from the plant ally to gather. As with many traditional cultures and my Navajo Ancestors honoring and respecting all forms of life is my way of life. I am committed to being a steward of the Earth, honoring and respecting all of Mother Earth's creations and living beings; the plants, trees, rocks, waters, animals. I live in communication and connection with all living things which make this beautiful web of life. Sometimes this means, I dont harvest what I intended if the plants don't give me their blessing to harvest. If I don't forage the botanicals myself I purchase sustainable, organic, wild or home-grown plants to ensure the utmost quality. I lovingly infuse each component of my products from fresh or dried plants with intention capturing the essence and spirit of Mother Earth. Each product is hand-crafted in small batches and infused for weeks to months along the cycles of the moon capturing Grandmother Moon's essence and illumination surrounded by gems and wrapped with my love, reiki energy and vibrational medicine using my tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. Each product is infused with Reiki energy, love, and prayer especially for you while I'm packaging your order. Absolutely! I love creating personalized products and gift packages. Whether its a special gift for a loved one or special occasion. I'm happy to mail packages directly to the recipient or to you to deliver. Each package is beautifully wrapped with my love, intention and reiki energy and can include a sweet message on your behalf. For large custom orders for a special event, 3 month minimum is required. A rush fee may apply for orders under that time frame.

An elixir is a tincture sweetened with honey. All Mama Fish elixirs are sweetened with locally sourced raw Pacific N.W. clover honey. ​

A tincture is a concentrated liquid extract of herbs. Most tinctures are made with alcohol as the primary solvent or extractant but can be made with vegetable glycerin or apple cider vinegar for an alcohol free option. Tinctures are macerated (infused) for 4-6 weeks typically and are potent extractions. They are taken by the dropperful, most often diluted in water, tea or juice. ​

An Oxymel is a vinegar extraction of herbs. Mama Fish uses raw organic apple cider vinegar and local Pacific NW Honey in her oxymels. The benefit of this Oxymel is you get benefits from the raw apple cider vinegar which is known to be full of probiotics.

We schedule a consultation over the phone, in person or a video chat so we can discuss your current needs and goals and assess your chakras. After your consultation I formulate a blend intend to support you on your journey. You will receive a full description of my recommendations before the blend is created so you can decide if the blend and the components feel right for you. Reiki is a safe and gentle Japanese healing technique that was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the mid 1800’s. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced Ray Kee) translates to “Universal life force energy”. Reiki works in harmony with the natural intelligence of the body, mind and spirit and treats the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It has been known to preserve and restore health and well-being. During a Reiki treatment the practitioner channels life force energy and directs it to the receiver thru their hands by gently directing the energy to the body encouraging the body's own natural healing response. This is based on the principle that an unseen "life force energy" flows through every living thing and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki energy is an intelligent life force that is received where the physical and energy body needs it most. It works for the highest good of all in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Although there can never be any guarantee to how the body will receive Reiki it is complementary to all other healing modalities and has been known to be effective in helping every known illness and malady. The Chakras are spinning vortices of life force energy located at your core and around your body that draw in energy, radiate a vibration and govern over a major organ or gland connected to different body parts. Chakra is a Sanskrit word which translates to "wheel" and they date back to the Vedas, the ancient sacred hindu texts in India and Yoga Upanishads. Sound healing is one of the oldest forms of healing that has been used all around the world. Its the intentional use of sound and music to promote the natural healing response of the body which is a human instrument in itself. Biofield tuning is a harmonic sound therapy method that modulates and influences the human biofield-electromagnetic body by creating a change within the patterns in the electric current that flows in the body targeting its stress response that can alleviate a wide range of health issues from the use of pure tones. This modality was discovered by Eileen McKusick and is a practice where the practitioner uses a tuning fork to locate frozen bioplasma in the biofield ( human energy field and auric field) which surrounds the body and combs thru the biofield. *"Tuning forks appear to work therapeutically according to the physics principles of resonance and entrainment. The word shaman originates from the Tungus tribe in Siberia and translates to “the one who sees in the dark” Anthropologists coined this term and have used it to refer to the spiritual and ceremonial leaders among indigenous cultures worldwide. The word shamanism can be used to describe the ancient spiritual practices of these indigenous cultures.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days after receiving your items and I will try to work something out. I am a small business owner and most of my products are handmade, therefore I typically do not accept returns. RETURN OF PRODUCTS All returns, refunds, or exchanges will need to be returned and received prior to a refund or exchange is processed unless other agreements have been made between the buyer and I. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the error was due to company error or the items were damage during shipment. Please make sure the shipment includes tracking. CANCELLATIONS Order Cancellation requests will be honored within 24 hours of placing the order. DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hour of receiving your package and provide a photo of the damages incurred during shipment so we can replace or exchange your items. The original item will need to be returned and received prior to the replacement being sent. Replacements or exchanges will be processed within 5 days of notification and reshipment will be paid for by the shop in the event your product was damaged. LOST PACKAGES Once a package is shipped its no longer in my hands and out of my control. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address with your order. The customer will be responsible for fees associated if address is incorrect and if the package needs to be reshipped. The customer will be responsible for contacting UPSP if needed.
