The Autumn Elemental Experience - Seasonal Womxn's Healing Day Retreat

Sisters, you’re invited to join Shawna with Mama Fish Botanicals & Aiua with Sensuous Revival in Sisterhood for a transformational Elemental Experience to honor and celebrate the turning of the season into Autumn.  Together they'll hold space for your healing and empowerment as you connect with your Sacred Waters and release the old story that’s been holding you back from reaching your highest potential based on the powerful healing techniques of the “Choose Again” process. You’ll learn how to live in alignment with the seasons & cycles allowing your body's natural rhythms to entrain to her bringing you a deeper sense of belonging, balance and connection. You'll discover how to harness the Water present this Fall, harvest the bounty cultivated during the summer months, release and let go of what's ready to fall away. You'll be witnessed and held where you are in your healing process, allowing the natural flow of the Divine and Universe to guide the process.

You’ll begin your journey at the Spring Equinox leaning into your heart, into the rhythmic breath of Air to clear and make space within to welcome in new life with an open heart.  

Summer Solstice - June 20, 2020 

Fire Element - The Solar Plexus - Access your Power

In the Summer you’ll connect to the Sacred Fire and stoke your inner fire, accessing your strength and power 

Autumn Equinox - September 20, 2020 at 12pm-3pm

Water Element - The Sacral - The Harvest

During the Fall Equinox, you'll dive into the healing and cleansing waters to surrender, release and harvest the bounty of the season. 

Winter Solstice - December 20, 2020 at 12pm-3pm

Earth Element - The Root Chakra - Deep Stillness

In the Winter you'll move into the dark, dense place of quietude within honoring the Earth element and the unseen mysterious layers within.

The Elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth are the foundations of life.  They represent the energetic forces that exist behind all of creation; the Universe, the Earth, the Seasons, our bodies.  As humans, we have lost our connection to the rhythms and cycles of our beloved Mother Earth as our Ancestors once lived which has led us to dis-harmony and dis-connect

The elements are life itself and their spirits live within each one of us. They are intelligent beings that hold so much power. When we live in alignment with them we can develop a deeper relationship and understanding to ourselves and live in harmony.
