Join me at Sol Health in Puyallup for a heart centered Summer Solstice Sacred Sound & Hawthorn Tea Ceremony. Together we will honor this potent day and welcome in the Summer season. You will be guided inward into your Heart Chakra by the Spirit and Song of the Hawthorn tree for a heart opening meditation to tend to your own inner garden. I will immerse you in the healing frequencies that emanate from my Crystal and Mineral Alchemy singing bowls and other sound healing instruments allowing your body, mind and soul space for deep healing, restoration and renewal, attuning you back into alignment to your authentic vibrant self.

WHAT TO BRING: - Dress comfortably in white or light colors if you can. Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on along with whatever brings you comfort to support you as you will be laying down in a receptive position after gathering in circle.
