Join us for a deeply restorative experience combining Somatic Breathwork and Sound Healing, guided by Heidi Meyer of Restorative Excavation Wellness and Shawna Fisher of Mama Fish Botanicals and Holistic Healing Arts.

We’ll begin by gathering in community, setting intentions, and creating a collective altar—an invitation to ground into the space and connect with the energy of the day. From there, Heidi will guide you through a gentle meditation, preparing your body and mind for a transformative Somatic Breathwork journey. Using the breath as a tool for release and self-exploration, you’ll have the opportunity to move through stored emotions, access inner clarity, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

To close, you’ll be invited to fully integrate and receive as Shawna leads a healing sound bath, using vibrational frequencies to soothe the nervous system, bring balance, and support deep restoration.
