Sacred Sound Full Moon Hawthorn Ceremony with Yin

 Please join Shawna of Mama Fish Botanicals & Angela Papini of Elev8 Hot Yoga in community for a blissful afternoon Full Moon Sound Bath Hawthorn ceremony with gentle Yin intended to refresh, restore and renew your body, mind and spirit.  

You'll be held in circle with the song & spirit of the Hawthorn tree in a plant ceremony intended to support and open the door way to your heart.  You will be guided on a meditative journey inward to tend to your inner garden and connect to the luminous energy of the Full moon in Taurus energy intended to release what no longer serves your highest good. After being guided into a few restorative yin poses you'll fall into deep relaxation while you soak in the healing frequencies & harmonic energy that emanates from the precious gems and minerals of the Alchemy singing bowls, koshi chimes and other sound healing instruments.  You're body, mind and spirit will be entrained, recalibrated and brought into coherence leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed and restored inviting you back into alignment to your authentic self.  

No experience is needed to attend. Complimentary Mama Fish Botanical Beverages will be offered to support you and your experience.

WHAT TO BRING: - Dress comfortably and layer as the room will be warm. Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a pillow, eye mask or eye cover if you prefer. You will be sitting in circle followed by a comfortable receptive position laying down on your yoga mat so please bring whatever brings you comfort. 

Optional: Bring any item(s) for the Altar such as: crystals, flowers, sacred items you feel called to bring to amplify healing for the highest good of all or charge with the healing vibrations.
