New Moon Circle (donation based)

Join me in circle under the new moon in Pisces at Sol Health Yoga for the monthly donation based Moon circle as Grandmother Moon is beginning a new phase. 

You'll be invited to slow down from the busyness of life to acknowledge and hold space for what is ready to blossom and plant new seeds of intentions.  You'll attune to the new moon with a planetary tuning fork and immerse in the vibrational frequencies of sound and crystalline energy to promote wholeness. 

WHAT TO BRING?

-Dress comfortably. 

-Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask or eye cover if you prefer and/or whatever brings you comfort.

Optional: 

-Journal & pen 

-Item for the Altar such as: crystals, picture, flower, anything that you feel guided to bring to amplify healing for the highest good of all and/or would like to charge with the powerful frequencies and love.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

The use of sound as a healing tool has been used for thousands of years.
