Join me in circle under the new moon at Sol Health Yoga for the monthly donation based Moon circle as Grandmother Moon is beginning a new phase.
You'll be invited to slow down from the busyness of life to acknowledge and hold space for yourself to plant new seeds of intentions. You be attuned to the new moon with a planetary tuning fork and immersed in the vibrational frequencies of sound and crystalline energy to promote wholeness.
This relaxing holistic experience will bring your whole body, mind and soul into deep relaxation, coherence, attuning you back to your resonate frequency of love.
