Mother's Day Sound Medicine Global Meditation

Give yourself and the Mother's in your life the gift of balance and healing  for a special Mother's Day Sound Medicine Global Meditation Experience.  Together we will align with people around the world for a collaboration with the Heart Math Institute and M.O.M.M for a Moment of Mass Meditation to bathe in peace & radiate love to every being on the planet for a collective healing.

You will be guided into your heart and entrained to the soothing vibrational frequencies from the crystal Alchemy singing bowls, vocal harmonies,  drum and chimes for an afternoon of heart coherance, restoration and renewal.

Before we begin:

- Create a cozy sacred space for yourself with whatever you need to be comfortable.  Bring a journal to reflect after our time together.  

- Carve out an uninterrupted hour of healing for yourself.

- For the best sound, listen through headphones either from your computer or through the Crowdcast app (iPhone only).

- Once the sound experience has ended you will be given a few minutes of silence to integrate all that you have received.
