Great Spirit Drum Circle - January Gathering

Join us for our fun, meditative, joyful drum circle to awaken your inner child.  We encourage you to bring your drum and/or rattle if you have one otherwise a variety of instruments will be available to use.  

No musical experience is necessary to join us.

Drum circles have been used in every culture since the beginning of time.  The ancient experience of participating in a drum circle has been scientifically proven to elevate and support the whole body, mind and soul.  The therapeutic rhythms of drumming have been known to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored and studies have shown that it can help reduce stress, anxiety, accelerate physical healing, boost the immune system, produce feelings of well-being and can release emotional trauma.

**Suggested donation is $22 per person.  You will NOT be turned away for lack of funds.

This circle is aimed for mature children and adults.  Stay tuned for future circles for the whole family.
