WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

The use of sound as a healing tool has been used for thousands of years. Sound Therapy uses music, vocal toning, tuning forks,Tibetan and quartz singing bowls, chanting and more to create harmonic vibrational resonance for health & well-being. These Sound healing modalities are used on and around the body and create sound waves that interact with your brainwaves creating entrainment, coherence, invoking peace and deep relaxation. Scientific studies have shown that sound can produce changes to the entire body reaching every atom, cell, molecule, gland and organ affecting the nervous, immune and endocrine system.
