Chakra Illumination Reiki Sound Bath

Join us for a unique healing experience being supported by with two Usui Reiki Master Practitioners, Shawna Fisher of Mama Fish Botanicals and Brooke Rodriguez of A Touch of Meraki in a very special Reiki Sound Bath. Together they will guide you on a meditative journey through your seven major chakras while bathing you in Vibrational Medicine of Sound, Crystalline and Reiki Energy.

This relaxing holistic experience will bring your whole body, mind and spirit into deep relaxation, coherence and balance, attuning you back into alignment with your authentic self. You will be guided into a comfortable receptive position while you enjoy the soothing frequencies of the gemstone and mineral crystal alchemy bowls, tuning forks, binaural beats, Reiki Energy, Chakra balancing stones on your chakras and a Mama Fish Botanical wellness elixir. You will leave with a basic understanding of the ancient Chakra system, the current state of your seven major chakras, how you can work with them for your own healing and support, learning ways to continue to bring them into balance and Harmony through a variety of methods.

You will have an opportunity to purchase engraved Sanskrit chakra stones, Earth infused Mama Fish Botanical wellness products and handmade Chakra Balancing Malas from A Touch of Meraki.

WHAT TO BRING?

-Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or eye cover if you prefer and/or whatever brings you comfort.

Optional: Item for the Altar such as: crystals, picture, flower, sage, sweet grass anything that you feel called to bring to amplify healing for the highest good of all and/or would like to charge with the powerful vibrations.

ARRIVAL:

Plan to arrive 20 minutes early at 1:40pm if you are interested in a chakra evaluation to determine the current state of your chakras otherwise arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We will be starting PROMPTLY at 2pm.

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a safe and gentle Japanese healing technique that was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the mid 1800’s. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced Ray Kee) translates to “Universal life force energy”. Reiki works in harmony with the natural intelligence of the body, mind and spirit and treats the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It has been known to preserve and restore health and well-being.

During a Reiki treatment the practitioner channels life force energy and directs it to the receiver thru their hands by gently directing the energy to the body encouraging the body's own natural healing response. This is based on the principle that an unseen "life force energy" flows through every living thing and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki energy is an intelligent life force that is received where the body needs it most. It works for highest good of all and is complimentary to all other healing modalities. Reiki has been known to be effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
