Autumn Equinox Sacred Sound & Forest Bathing Fire Ceremony

Please join Shawna of Mama Fish Botanicals in circle around the sacred fire for a transformative Sound & Forest Bathing Fire Ceremony as we celebrate the turning of the seasons and shift from the expansive energy of Summer to the inward grounding energy of fall.  

You will be held by Mother Earth, outside under the trees as you are supported by the beloved song & spirit of the Hawthorn on the land and guided on a meditative journey into the center of your heart to tend to your inner garden. As you relax in the healing power of the forest and entrain to the soothing & healing frequencies of the Alchemy singing bowls, chimes, drums and rattles you're body, mind and spirit will be brought into coherance leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed, restoring you back into alignment to your authentic self.

No experience is needed to attend.  You will be invited to transmute what you're ready to release, set intentions and relax in a receptive position in the forest while enjoying the healing sacred sounds. Mama Fish Botanical Hawthorn Elixirs & Oxymels will be offered to support you and your experience.  

Cost is $25.  

WHAT TO BRING:

-Dress warm and comfortably. Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on outside, warm blanket, pillow, eye mask or eye cover if you prefer. You will be sitting in circle followed by a comfortable receptive position laying down on your yoga mat & blanket so please bring whatever brings you comfort.  

Optional: Bring a drum and/or rattle, item(s) for the Altar such as: crystals, flower, sacred items/plants, fruit and anything that you feel called to bring to amplify healing for the highest good of all or charge with the healing vibrations.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH

A Sound bath is an experience of receiving the sounds from various instruments, music, vocal toning, tuning forks, Tibetan, Mineral & Crystal Singing bowls, chanting and more to create harmonic vibrational resonance for health & well-being. These Sound healing modalities are used on and around the body and have been scientifically proven to effect the cells in the body, repair DNA, recalibrate & relax the nervous system, change the brain wave state and so much more. 

We all hear and feel the vibration of sound. Sound can affect us emotionally; positively and negatively: a beautiful piece of music can bring us to tears, and the sound of an explosion can invoke fear.

Random and chaotic sound produces dissonance and anxiety while focused, conscious sound creates resonance and harmony. By using sound intentionally healing, higher levels of conscious, clarity and messages from Spirit can occur.
